We want you to be thrilled with your Thorpe Park Official Shop purchases, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring the return form or packing slip is included inside the box to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
